This is a policy statement regarding REFUNDS and RESCHEDULE for any service, promotional or special offer items, gift cards, gift certificates, and packages. Please note that any sale special offer items, as well as any deposit for booking services, are NON-REFUNDS. Rescheduling of appointments can only be done at least 24 hours in advance. non-refund on gift cards, spa gift certificates, spa packages, sale items, service or special offers, as ALL SALE ARE FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. However, some services in spa gift certificates or spa packages can be exchanged for other services.
No Show / Same day Cancellation: All no-show appointments are charged a 100% services booked. Same day cancellations are charged a 50% services booked cancellation fee.
