  • This is a policy statement regarding REFUNDS and RESCHEDULE for  any service, promotional or special offer items, gift cards, gift certificates, and packages. Please note that any sale special offer items, as well as any deposit for booking services, are NON-REFUNDS. Rescheduling of appointments can only be done at least 24 hours in advance. non-refund on gift cards, spa gift certificates, spa packages, sale items, service or special offers, as ALL SALE ARE FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. However, some services in spa gift certificates or spa packages can be exchanged for other services. Gift Certificate is expired in 12 months from the day issued, please come to renew your gift certificate before year end of December.

  • No Show / Same day Cancellation: All no-show appointments are charged a 100% services booked. Same day cancellations are charged a 50% services booked cancellation fee.

  • Our website content is not intended as medical advice, but we do encourage you to consult your physician before using our services if you have any medical concerns or conditions. With testimonials reflecting individual experiences, it may vary but we assure you that your expectation always be our priority. 

  • At Merit Spa, we prioritize your safety & comfort, and we are not liable for any injuries or damages. If you are not satisfied with our services please let us know within 24-72 hours after the service. We won't be responsible for any problem after 72 hours.
