What to do at Noggin Spa

  1. Must bring a positive attitude and big smiles :) and make an appointment ahead of time.

  2. Wear a two-piece outfit that is comfy, and also wear socks during the cold season.

  3. If you have treated hair, please bring your own shampoo and conditioner or wait at least 7 days after any hair treatment to get a Noggin Service. Due to the nature of detoxification, your color/perm may fade or loosen.

  4. Because of the characteristics of dreadlocks, braids, curly, and coily hair types, we provide towel dry, diffuser and brush out, or straight blow-dry services for an extra charge. Otherwise, please remove extensions or dreadlocks before receiving the noggin service. We are not responsible for any damages caused if you choose to get the service while having them on.

  5. We are a natural organic spa, so it is very safe for expecting mothers or babies. Please kindly let us know during our complimentary consultation.

  6. With the influencer social media trend, you can record the service for less than 5 minutes; otherwise, please silence your phone to immerse in a total relaxation experience.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and the dedication of our artisans. To ensure availability for all guests:

Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes.

Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total.

No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled time without notice will be charged 100% of the service total.

Investment & Returns

To maintain the integrity of our boutique operations, all sales are final. This includes: any Deposits, promotional offers, and seasonal specials.

Spa Gift Invitations and curated packages. While non-refundable, certain gift certificates or package credits may be exchanged for alternative services of equal value. Standard Gift Invitations remain valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
