At Merit Spa, services are performed by elite, licensed specialists dedicated to the highest standards of safety and artistry. To provide a bespoke experience tailored to your unique needs, certain treatments require a prior consultation. Accordingly, our menu of services and seasonal pricing are subject to adjustment.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and the dedication of our artisans. To ensure availability for all guests:

Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes.

Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total.

No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled time without notice will be charged 100% of the service total.

Investment & Returns

To maintain the integrity of our boutique operations, all sales are final. This includes: any Deposits, promotional offers, and seasonal specials.

Spa Gift Invitations and curated packages. While non-refundable, certain gift certificates or package credits may be exchanged for alternative services of equal value. Standard Gift Invitations remain valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Health & Wellness

Our digital content is provided for informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice. We invite guests with specific medical conditions to consult their physician before enjoying our services. While our testimonials reflect authentic guest experiences, individual results will naturally vary.

The Merit Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that a service does not meet your expectations, please notify the studio within 24 to 72 hours. We are committed to ensuring you leave feeling restored and satisfied.
